newest folder!
This is my newest folder currently on its way to NY City. The 3" blade is made from Odins Eye Damasteel and the bolsters from Rose Damasteel. This one was made as a lefthand version. The handle is made from very fine white Walrus ivory. The stainless screws have been fileworked and heatcolored. Its 4" closed and 6.7" open. The blade and bolsters have been heattreated to 60Rc and cryo treated. Note the dovetailed bolsters. I use a solid backspacer on this one made from the same piece of Walrus ivory as the scales. The liners are 6al/4v TI. More pictures on my site!....hit link in the signature.

Very nice, Jens. That blade has the Anso signature doesn't it?
I like the whole package, the choice of materials, the lines and all those little details like the dovetailing. Roger |

Man, what 'll you think of next ... ?
Jens , you never fail to impress. You simply have the knack for artistry in simplicity. It give new meaning to the work "CLEAN." I love the stark dark-white contrasts - good selection of materials. Odin's Eye is spectacular stuff. Your move into folders was inevitable, I thought. A good move too. Congrats on more good work. Jason.
