Spraying Teflon on blades?
.
There is, I am told,a system where you can spray Teflon(?) mixed with something else on to the blade, which will cover it thus eliminating the shiney surface. Colors might be white, black or a camo appearance. I would like to find out more about the process and materials used. Can someone kinly point me to reference somewhere, perhaps a web link? Thanks in advance for any information you might be able to provide. Ron __________________ Ron Eugene, OR "Curiosity is a terrible thing to waste" |

Brownell's Moly Kote is a spray on teflon coating that comes in several colors. After you spray it, let it dry, then bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. It makes a very tough coating. I believe their website is brownells.com .....

Thanks Ray, I'll check it out. Has the snow melted up there yet?
