Chuck Stewart Baron
Hi All. I am new to this forum. I have a Chuck Stewart "Baron" style knife that I recently inherited from my father. Closed length approx 4.25". Blade length approx 3.5". The problem is that the funky opening/locking mechanism is not working (jammed), and the blade is partially opened.
Does anyone know of a knifemaker who could repair this knife? I appreciate any guidance you can provide. Thanks. Last edited by prober996; 08-02-2022 at 08:25 PM. |

I missed this post...
Were you able to find someone to repair it? Is this an auto? It would have to be taken apart so depending on the mechanism the peened pins drilled/pressed out. Many makers may not want the liability of damaging the knife in the repair process. __________________ Mike |
