Damascus Walrus Bowie

Since starting to do folders I've not been doing as many fixed blades. I was feeling like I needed to work on a Bowie and of course who says we cannot forge in the heat of summer.
enough BS here you go.

10" blade and 15-1/2" overall. some really nice Walrus guard / spacer / butt cap all from the same billet with a couple thin nickel spacers thrown in to break things up a bit.

Well I just looked at the date on this post, 08-10-2014 so I realize this is an old post but, wow don't know how I have missed this one till now. That sir is one fine piece of work!!

With every custom knife I build I try to accomplish three things. I want that knife to look so good you just have to pick it up, feel so good in your hand you can't wait to try it, and once you use it, you never want to put it down !
If I capture those three factors in each knife I build, I am assured the knife will become a piece that is used and treasured by its owner!
