Help me idendify these materials, please! (Warning: PICS)

I inherited a box of knife making box, and I'm not sure some of what I have. Let me know if you can identify any of the following, or let me know if you have any questions:

Some sort of antler and horn:

Little balls of burl?:

Plastic wheels?:

horn?:

bone/ivory?

Let me know what you think. Thanks for playing.

All junk. Send it all to me and I'll dispose of it for you.

Trying to figure out how to reply in some sort of order.

1. Antler & horn - the small one looks like sanbar stag, not sure about the larger one
2. Balls of burl? - Seen these before but my mind went blank
3. plastic wheels - amber spacers
4. Horn - jigged water buffalo
5. Bone/ivory - maybe giraffe bone. Can't tell the white stuff without looking closer, but not ivory.

1 - looks like tip of water buffalo horn and section of stag
2 - Tauga nuts....vegetable "ivory" often used in netsuke carvings very hard, small hollow in center. Often used as an ivory substitute by scrimmers and carvers. Makes nice spacer material if handled right.
3 - more likely copal than plastic. copal is a pre-fossilized stage of amber. try a heated paper clip - touch to material the smell will tell if copal or plastic. Plastic will smell like plastic and copal will smell like pine pitch.
4 - jigged WB horn
5 - Top two long pieces are bone - dyed and undyed - can't tell you what kind.
The bottom small pieces look like ivory cuts, sand to very fine on ends and look for patterns will look a lot like heliographs than wood grain and not porus.

Chris,

I agree with Crex. All that stuff is common knife making materials, no big surprises. Most, if not all the bone, would be cow bone. None of it is especially expensive but it all looks as usable as it ever was.....

It's not porous. The pattern looks crosshatched, kinda wavy. I went to 600 grit.
