I've been trying the method described in the video. First I used the backing paper from a sheet of peel off labels (he said in the video to use the shiniest paper available). The toner came off with the paper in the water. Then tried magazine pages. Same problem. The last time I tried it, the paper stuck to the test steel, but again the toner rubbed off while removing the paper.

Any hints? Temp on the iron was at "Linen". Kind of lost on this one.
