Work in progress

Just a few snap-shots of a work in progress.
10 1/2 in. Bowie
5 deg flat grind on 1/4in. Ats-34
Full vine filework on spine

Knife is scedualed to have a hollow handle w/survival kit and screw on butt cap.
Thoughts?

In One word...SWEET!!!!!!!

Have you thought about wind and water proof matches? They work nice in a pinch.

Yes, take better care of your grenade!

Grind looks good.

Waterproof matches, fishing hooks and some line, water purification tablets would be good.

Maybe incorporate a firesteel somewhere, maybe into the cap of the handle?

Have the kit made for the handle.waterproof matches.fish hooks, fishing line, sewing thread and needles.Has a sweet little compass in the but cap.Its on its way for HT&Cryo.I hope to have finished pics by end of the month.Mongo, the sharpe edge stops at the end of the blade and tapers up the ricasso. The guard is also fileworked. If you have to survive might as well look good doing it.
