First bull nose and B&T.
These two are a long time in the works and finally got to them and got some wood put on them after sitting on the bench for a solid 6 months. Anyways hope you guys like them and any comments, critiques, are always welcome. thanks for looking. Also big thanks to JDale again for the beautiful handle material and Dancom for the handle design on the bull nose.

Not sure what b&t means. But it looks like a great pairing knife. The skinner looks like it will get the job done for sure. Nice work.

Short for bird and trout. And hoping I can find a family member to take it off my hands this Christmas. Your right though Ricky it would make a good paring knife.

Nice work. Can't say I've ever had a chance to work some wormy box elder but that has a pile of character.
One tip: The little black rings around the pins may be caused by getting the pins hot when finishing the handle. The hot pin burns the wood. I've been trying to keep the pins cool when shaping the handle down. Sometimes I use a file to bring them close will be cool. Or slow down the belt grinder down. Thanks for posting! |
