Viking Styled Dagger - Damascus, Mokume, and Burl.
The blade on this one was made to have a different pattern on each side (twist interupt offset), kind of a mini Suttom Hoo. Each of the four core bars contain 9 layers of C1095 and 15N20 and the edging is 153 layers of C1095 and 15N20.
The main gaurd and rear gaurd are high density straight laminate Copper and Nickel Silver Mokume with Beng Burl spacers. The Pommel is straight laminate Copper and Nickel Silver Mokume. The ferrules are an elongated twist Mokume and the grip is also Beng Burl. This is great art Sean! It's not in the cards for me right now, but I'm sure someone is going to soon own this beautiful dagger. You just keep getting better!
