The COOLEST tools ever!

At the Boise show last year, I gave Michael Rader a Damascus Angle Peen Hammer...just because I really like Micheal, and he is a wonderful person.

Today when I picked up the mail, I found these in a package from Michael....

Twist Damascus handle Broaches with Black Palm handles! Micheal made me one of these tools out of straight steel a couple of years ago, and they are absolutely the best thing going for building hidden tang handles. I have no doubt that they will work as good as they look!

Michael doesn't offer them for sale, but he did tell me to pass along that everyone is free to copy the design.

No doubt about it, very cool tools.

Pure curiosity, what's Michael's solution to keep those scales on. Please pass along it's much appreciated that he shares the design. Looks a ton better than the ground down sawzall blade that I lost.

Take care, Craig
