Today's work
Just a simple straight blade. The blade is 5.25" and handle is about 4.5" and the steel is .157 thick. I still need to take the bevel just a tad higher.

Nice, I'm doing the same right now with a pile of files, shoe box load.

you annealed them first right? I shudder at the thought of working a hardend file.
