In the upper picture you need to cut another little line around part of the screws and remove the little portion of background IMO.
This would ballance out and make your internal elements match a little better from side-to-side.
But overall another nice piece of work and I can see that you made a lot of improvement to your shading on the stainless steel knife.
Both are very nice.
Your Dad makes a fine clean knife by the looks of things.
You should make a great team.
