Christmas came early
Man I must be living right. Where I work they were doing a bit of house cleaning. The guys there know I make knives so as they were pitching stuff they set a bunch to the side for me.
A) 15 peices of solid aluminum 3/4" thick 10" wide and about 18" long B) 25 peics of stainless steel 1/8" Thick 6"wide and about 4' long. (not blade steel i dont think. but Im thinking liners for folders.) C) 4 boxes of kaolwool D) Brand new rolls of 3/4" steel cable ( wasnt "prestretched" so they cant use it) e) Large old air tank ( big enough to build a nice 4ft long smoker) f) Large old saw blade This monster is HUGE They had a bunch of large chain but with no forge and no know how on what to do with it .. it sadley went into the dumpster, what a waste. Actually now that im thinking about it. Maybe I should look into building a forge Last edited by Traok; 09-18-2010 at 10:01 AM. |
