How to plans to build a 72" grinder??
Does anyone have any good plans with part numbers and places to get the parts to build a 72" grinder?
I am on a tight budget and need to try and build on instead of paying the big bucks for the good contact grinders? Any help appreciated, Randy priderock@charter.net |

the book , 50.00 knife shop by wayne goddard has a chapter on building your own grinders, belt grinders, hollow grinding jigs, etc. the book is informative, and well worth buying and reading. i got mine on ebay for 5.00 . msrp-- 19.95 . grizzly tools has some reasonably priced tools for the knife shop as well. post your drawings, and tell us how you put it together as well as how it works. remember SAFETY FIRST. good luck, and have fun.
