Some new work


here is the newest from the shop: The Raptor and a Sheepsfoot. Note the sheath for the Sheepsfoot...it is lizzardskin over kydex.

Great work Jens! As are the knives in parts 2 and 3 above, including very, very nice sheaths. This pic is a winner in my book too. Why not shoot it down for a week 20 entry?

Nice stuf jens..I love that Raptor!!

Its funny I was just thinking the other day that we hadn' seen many Pics of new work from you since you started full at knife making...and BANG! Tree posts full of great knives!

Thanks for the words guys!

Bob: I used contact cement called Klebbfest........I roughed the kydex with 100 grit sandpaper and put a good amount of glue on each part...then after the skin was applied I secured the edges with superglue. That will make the edges hard and less prone to separating. I have yet to hear for the customer to see how it holds up but because of that I guess it is pretty good. (and btw...LOVE that banner Bob)
