OK folks, now I (we) REALLY need some prayers!

Many of you are aware of the situation with Cindy's Dad. She's back in Kentucky, essentially waiting for him to pass. I spoke with her this morning....Dad is to the point that he can no longer speak, can't eat, barely drinks, and cannot move himself. The Hospice folks are saying a matter of days, or hours.

Today, Cindy's Mom, who lives in Florida, found out that she has Colon Cancer! Mom has been having some issues for the past 6 months, with no idea from the Doc's of what's going on....and now this comes to light.

I'm feeling very overwhelmed right now, and can only image how Cindy is......the good thing is that Cindy's Mom is a #######d Minister, and a great Christian woman. I know, and appreciate that everyone has offered prayers for us with Cindy's Dad's situation.....please add Cindy's Mom as well as Cindy and I for the strength to get through this.

Not sure what else to say, other than to thank everyone for their support and prayers. I spoke with Both Jim P. and Bing today.....and just talking with those friends helped a lot.

I'm so sorry to hear such sad news. I'm glad you have good friends to lean on in hard times. I truly believe God puts and uses folks in our lives to help strengthen and encourage us. I will continue praying for you all.

I'm sorry to hear that. Bad news on top of bad.

Remember, I'm right down the street (by Montana reckoning). If you ever need anything just holler. We can watch the dogs for a while or whatever would help out.

Our prayers are with you and your family.

I'm sorry to hear that things are really ganging up on you. Pray, listen to your heart, and do the next right thing as the problems come along. You and Cindy will come out the other side of this. My prayers are with you.

Doug

Bad news seems to come in bunches. Please know that y'all are in our prayers.

Something we all need to remember from time to time: God made this life short so that we would appreciate the time we have together. You will never regret making your friends and family a priority.
