I'm on my way back
I havn't posted in a very long time, but I have kept my spirits up by reading You're posts. As Ed and some of you know I have been fighting cancer for over 3 years now. I lost 1 kidney and part of my bladder. later the cancer came back in a couple of my lymph nodes. and it didn't look good. I found a wonderful bunch of doctors at Vanderbuilt in nashville. they started me on a clinical trial and even though they tell me that someday it will return, right at this moment I am in total remission and starting to think about opening my shop back up. They tell me I am a very tough old fart but I owe it all to God and you wonderful people for giving me something to fight for. I still have to take cemo every 2 weeks, probably for the rest of my life, but I handle the side effects pretty well and even though the doctors were against itI was even able to go back to work.
Anyway I just wanted to say thanks, and I'm back Bill Withem __________________ Bill Withem |

Whew, hang in there Bill. What a silly pile nothing my normal problems add up to.
Take care, Craig |

Thanks guys for the wonderful sentiments. I told my wife to believe I'm dead when she sees them throw dirt on my face. I still have to pass the JS test and I won't stop till I'm there. Next week I am taking a weeks vacation to get the shop back up and running, and hopefully do a little forging. We will see how things go. Time to warm up those hammers Ed.
