Engraving
Just got this knife back from the engraver and thought I would share the pictures. ATS-34 Steel with a dyed stabilized Maple handle.
Thanks for looking, Geoff Rutledge www.rutledgeknives.com |

Very nice. Who did the engraving and what style of engraving is that? Looks very 3-dimensional in your photo.

cockroachfarm,
The knife was engraved by a friend of mine in Ab. ( this is the first knife he has done ). As for what the style is I am not sure what the proper name is but it is has more of a deeper relief than most of the knife engraving we see. He does mostly western headstalls and conchos but was willing to give this a try, I hope I can convince him to try a few more. Thanks, Geoff |

Thanks, Don!
Geoff - any chance of seeing some other samples of your friend's engraving? |
