New blades - Old Gaucho Style

I found this website with reproductions of old gaucho style knives and sheaths. I bet the blades are not very good, but the metalwork on some of the sheaths, and leather work in most of them, is very very accurate to what we were used to see in antiques. Worth taking a look if you are into the style.

I just sent them another email with a query on pricing. The first went unanswered. The site has NO pricing whatsoever.

Maybe you could send them a short query on how to obtain and pay note also? It's possible the English complications may be too much. I don't know.

their site lists two e-mail adresses. I wrote them in through the two, in a poor excuse of spanish laguage they might understand. I asked for prices and payment options and mentioned there is someone interested in the USA.

I found this today. The names and classifications match and some are new to me. Illustrations are very precise and accurate. Those are the Gaucho dressing styles, the traditional way.

Lo que queria decirles es que vivo en Buenso Aires a unos 30 km de Capital Federal y si puedo ayudarlos en algo, encatado lo haria, otra cosa es que si estan buscando cuchillos hechos en argentina tipo criollos "Gauchos" yo puedo enviarles fotos y precios de algunos, estos cuchillos no son de utileria, son cuchillos de verdad cuyos due?os los usaban en el campo o en fiestas cuando se veistian de gala.
