Reclining Lion Bowie
I've built several reproduction Bowies from Norm Flayderman's book and this is my latest. My inspiration (George Woodhead) had an etched blade where I gave this one a hamon instead. The blade is W2 & the hilt is MOP with N/S fittings. The sheath is a traditional leather over wood with N/S throat & tip.
Let me know what you think. Gary __________________ Gary ABS,CKCA, ABKA,KGA Last edited by Gary Mulkey; 07-16-2013 at 06:05 PM. |
