Ever been attacked?
While pruning the hedges, giving a haircut, trimming the frays on your bellbottoms? Well, fear no more!

I thought this blade was remarkable. I never seen the like of it before. Ya think it was made like that, or just a cut down pair of scissors? The pics are blocked from saving.

Looks like the handle is designed to be more comfortable to hold closed then open, so I'm guessing it was designed like that and not just cut down shears. Something intended to be shears first would have it be easier to close them and cut things without smooshing your fingers between the handles.

If you want to get the pictures just go to
http://www.lightlink.com/hstephen/bowie1.jpg and change the numbers after bowie to get to the pic you want. All you have to do to get those is view the page source and find the website they are hosted from. Guess they thought they made that one idiot proof. I am just a more advanced idiot, __________________ Joe Bush |

That sure is one interesting looking piece.

Mystery solved as to what they were made for. Poultry shears! As to the price, 1,500-2,500. I don't do that much poutry shearing to justify the expence.
