Ron, I really like the look you got without blackening the scroll work. very effective-the differences in the texture reallys sets this apart-well done. Fred

Very classy. I can't make out what the finish is, almost looks like black chrome! Is it blued or another finish? Thanks

thanks to every body for your comments ,

hi Rich ,, i got the photos back from coop and he did an fantastic job on this knife , he said that he will be posting his also ,, ron p

hi Dwayne ,, great to hear from you and thanks you for your comments , this knife only took a year to make , only because i am busy with engraving , i have 2 more different ones on the bench to be finished now , but engraving comes first ..

hi Kirby , thanks ,,it came out good only because of your great guidance , thanks

hi 6T. the finish on this knife is cold bluing , the material in the frame is A2 steel and i polished it up very hi gloss.

hi Jim ,, thanks , it was great seeing you at the show again .

hi Fred .. thanks i taped off the center of the knife using frosted tape and then cold blued the rest of it ..

Even my photo cannot do 'justice' to Ron's fine work. This deep relief engraving shimmers like irridescence when you hold it, and my photo is but a snapshot of the movie.

Thank you, Ron!
