The Typhoon Is In !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi Folks,
Well we waited long enough and made changes two times to get the Typhoon right! Quality first! THEY ARE IN! Please be patient, we will start shipping Monday. Pre-reserve customers will be handled first. Pre-reserve customers will be receiving an email from Alex with all the details and the chance to make your add on and upgrades. We have added tools we feel will help tune the handles to the squeeze tightness in the open and closed position. We realize that everyone has a preference for the latch tightness. So we made the latch tight when open and closed. It is very simple to take a little off the handle at the pin area to adjust for this. These tools will be one the email. Please do not worry! It is simple. The instructions are VERY clear on how to build either the milled pocket version or the standard handle version. We are also offering white pearl (we will have this as a standard) and gold lip pearl (very limited first come first serve) as inlay materials. These inlays will be machined to fit the pockets. I am very pleased with the results we have achieved on this kit. The blade is a little different than the proto. It has a larger clip. We also have trainer blades available. They are finished with the pins installed. These blades will serve TWO purposes. 1. They can be used as the trainer blade. 2. They are finished and HARDENED. You can grind your own blade grinds if you wish with the trainer blank. We have the Skeletonizing template, and inlay making template ready to ship also. We will offer a replacement parts kit for those who want them. We have the proper drill to drill the handles using the Skeletonizing template in stock also. GET READY! CHECK YOUR EMAIL!
