Update on Typhoon trainer blade

Hi Folks,
The trainer blade for the Typhoon will be hardened.

We made this decision to offset the problem of folks having to heat treat the blade if they want to grind there own. We feel this will cause more problems related to warp etc.
The blade can be ground in the hard state.
Just keep the blade cool while grinding.

Thanks

Hey, how's the trainer going to be sold? Will you have to buy it extra or can you simply get a kit with a trainer blade instead of a sharp one?

Which leads to the next question: When will the replacement parts be available. Just in case I don't like the way my handles turned out for example?

We havent made the decisions on the trainer.
We may sell it as an standard model.

These are questions that need answered.

I do have the protos for the milled inlay handles here in front of me.

I feel that all the product will be delivered together at this point.
