2nd annual Southern Alberta Hammer-In 2012

Hello all.
I will be hosting another Southern Alberta Hammer-In again this year. It was a roaring success last year with no issues. It will be June 15,16, and 17th this year.
There will be another great line up of demonstrators to put on demonstartions. Ed Caffrey(MS) and Steve Kelly(JS) will be here once again. Chad Nichols (famous damascus maker) has also committed to showing us his tecniques in making of damascus.
If there is anything that you would like to see demonstarted, or added to the hammer - in please email me with your requests.
I will be posting the registration form in the near future. We had a huge turn out for our first year and sounds like it will be even bigger this year so I will have to put a limit of participants attending this year. It will be a first come first serve so get your registrations forms in as soon as possible.

Thanks

WAHOOO!!! If anybody is even remotely considering this Hammer-In....DO IT! Jim is a super host! The Hammer-In will likely be one of the best ones you will ever attend.

Hey, hey, hey.........I thought it was supposed to be the week before the 17th. That's the due date for our baby. Guess I'll have to miss this...........again.

that's actually a real bummer. I really wanted to attend this but I just honestly don't see it happening.

I'm sure you guys will have a great time though.

Oh sure John! First you couldn't "find" the "PassPort Store", and now you using the excuse of a baby being born...shame on you! Next thing you know you'll be using something like "I need an operation."

You know I'm just ragging on you. I completely forgot about the new addition arriving around that time. Well, that's OK, that just means more of that good grub for me. You're already making great knives...you don't need anymore ideas, or I'm gona be playing "catch up" with you soon.

Hey Jim,

That's great news! I was hoping that you would host a hammer-in again. Really looking forward to seeing you, Ed and the rest of the bladesmithing community again.

Cheers,

Chad

This is by far the most fun hammer-in I have ever attended. If this year is anything like last year, it's worth the $175 registration fee just for the food alone!! I would be there even if I wasn't demonstrating.. This is a CAN'T MISS event!!!
