Question HT for S30V sword

Dose anyone know of some one who can heat treat a sword made of s30v?

I have talked with Paul Bos but he only treats blades 32" and shorter. I made one that is longer.

Thanks

Dan

That will a real trick. The quench is within grasp but a furnace deep enough is not something likely found within the custom community. If mine I believe I would be contacting those that make production knives. Your sword will need to be soaked consistantly at about 1925 to 1960 F for quite a few minutes. It will also need to be protected from oxygen during all that time.

It'll be a hell of a sword though. I'll give you that.
