Wire brush

Hi all,

When someone talks about wire-brushing (e.g., for a paterned blade), what are we referring too in terms of tools? Is it a simple wire brush attachment for power drills? Can one used a small cordless drill?

Thanks,

JD

so also refer to it as engine turning i believe, like a bolt action on a rifle is finished sometimes. Small end up wire brushes can be chucked up in your drill press and the material ran in straight line to give it that uniform finish.
