Laser cut knife blanks

Hello My name is Joe Spivey. I would like to offer the opportunity to have your knife blanks cut out by laser. Laser cutting knife blanks saves time, and money. I can cut a 9" blade out in the time it takes you to read this sentence. All the knives I make are cut by laser. A2, D2, 01, s30v, I can cut it. Accurate within -+.003. We can also cut titanium for liner's, ect... We also have multiple mills, and cnc mills, lathes, full tool and die shop, and state of the art QC dept. We are not a huge company, we are a family based company with multple employee's. If you guy's need anything done, or have questions on what we could do for you, just email me. We are very, very competitive with our prices, and being a custom knife maker, i know the quality that is needed to product excellent knives.

Yes I can. This machine is a $500,000.00 laser cutting machine with 5 axis, it can not only cut 2D, but it can cut 3D also. Steel cut's up to .750", stainless up to .50", and aluminum up to .375". I have cut wood, and plastic with it also. I can cut a piece of cardboard, and not even smoke the edges.

Joe.

What do you charge for this service? Can you use a drawing instead of a CAD file?

Joe, I sent you an inquiry last week, and you said you'd have an answer to me by this past Monday or Tuesday. We're off to a slow start.

I can do a price from a drawing, as long as you email it to me, and give the dimensions of the knife.
