A *BIG* welcome to our two new MODS!!!
Bob Sigmon and Dennis Greenbaum (Osprey Guy) are now *officially* CKD moderators! Congratulations!
 I'm quite pleased for the both of them, as it's an honor to be part of the support staff here at the CKD. This place is growing and expanding in leaps and bounds, and the quality of the 'management' is astounding! We wanted to open up the forum with a new 'stuffy'  name to attract fresh interest, and possibly, hopefully, send it off in a new direction. Or simply the one the EF was intended for. (hey, I *like* CKD Community!! 8o) Thanks, Alex, for the support!At any rate look in here for some closer glimpses on our personal stories and challenges. Onward..... I've been tied up all day with a family function, so I am a little late jumping into the forums. As it is, I have to get right back or I will catch it from the wife!
I am grateful for the opportunity and for your trust. We have an amazingly diverse membership, and as we all know, they bring with them an extraordinary wealth of stories. Knifemakers by nature "march to the beat of a different drummer". The membership "profiles" offer up only an occasional clue as to what you're all about. This new forum is the place where we'll hopefully, get a chance to hear a little more about you. We're already a close-knit bunch who share a common joy in knifemaking. Let's find out what else we share. Looking forward to getting to know everyone even better. Here's your chance to open up and let us in! Dennis Yeah Baby!
