Thanks Pat. I love trivia.

I was particularly interested in #24. Patricia and I were watching "It's a Wonderful Life" on video the other night, and were laughing about the Bert and Ernie characters because of the "Sesame Street" characters of the same name.

It was quite interesting to find out that the "Sesame Street" characters were named after the film characters.

Re: obscure nothings

Mr. Rogers is an icon in Children's Programming on Public Television here pbskids.org/rogers/ in the US.

Thanks for clearing some of them up. It's nice to know what I post actually gets read.

I have to admit I picked a few to "check" and the Canadian Bank Note was one of them - but every picture I could find never showed the reverse side.

Re: obscure nothings

I certainly have to agree with Pat in regard to the American flag on the Canadian currency. Every Canadian flag---and every Mexican flag---is an American flag, as is ours. Only ours is the flag of the United States of America. Every country in North, South, or Central America flys an American flag!
