line not secure

Hello everyone.
I am new to the forum and I have a question :
In the adress line it appears that this forum is not a secure line.
I asked the administration already but I didnt get an answer.
I never saw this on other forums and I would appreciate it very much if somebody can explain to me why it is shown up as not secure.
Thanks

What anti virus type software is being used and what browser? I am not getting those messages from Google about an improperly configured security certificate under Firefox 64.0.2.

The number of guests through the forum is pretty high and if they are not registered users, they will not be able to reply. Admin and active users may not be reading this far down to assist.

Hello M&J, first of all, Thanks for Your reply! I appreciate it a lot.
Anti virus is from Avast.
with fire fox it didnt get the "not secure" but no lock sign https//www. either.
My education on computers is pretty poor and I try hard to get more knowledge but I feel unsure to go on in this forum.
take care and thanks again.

Some possibilities:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1203686

May vary on browser and antivirus compatibilities. Is the version of Avast current?

Found this regarding a similar error message:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1203686

My suggestion would be to clear the cookies and old cache. Make sure the browser being used is a current release. The OS is also up to date including security patches. If Avast still shows an error message there may be a security setting that doesn't like the forum but not necessarily does this imply the forum is an issue.
