Never heard of it until you mentioned it. Googled it, looks like just another epoxy to me. I'm pretty sure the AcraGlas that many knife makers use is better but I don't see why MEREPX30 wouldn't work if you want to use it....

Most any epoxy will be better than Devcon 30 (of which I have used a lot).
The regular AcraGlas is preferred by most. Jantz usually has it, and Brownell's has it. The kit that sells for the same price as the MEREPX30 is good for quite a few knives. But, it has to be measured by volume. The easiest way to do that is with small syringes (you don't need the needles). Syringes are cheap, buy them at places that serve stock animals like feed stores and veterinary suppliers and possibly some of the better pet stores. Clean up with acetone and re-use the syringes ...

You should fill out your profile so that we know where you are. There are other makers in Canada that can usually help with this type of information if they can see you are in Canada ...

I get mine from a vendor on eBay. Ground shipping wasn't an issue for the three orders I have placed to date. In lieu of Acraglas, I have used West System's G/flex which is available at the marine shops at similar prices, less freight. The jury is still out, but by all accounts a very good product.
