D2 blade with spalted handle
Hi guys, just wanted to show this little knife i´m just about finished with.
it is made of D2 and is 185 X 32 X 3.5mm (7 1/4" X 1 1/4" X just over 1/8") the handle has black vulkanicfiber liners and is made of stabilized spalted something (i can´t remember what it´s called in english) i still have to give the blade the final buff. what do you think? /Roger __________________ Life is to short to own an ugly gun or knife. i like this one very very much. the grip shape looks like it'd fill out the hand nicely - make a great skinner. well done

Roger,
Looking good, maybe a spalted Maple? Whatever it is it works real well with the blade. Looks like a very nice knife. Thanks for showing us! __________________ Peace Paul Vandine |
