Some of my latest folder kits

Hi!! This is a sample of some of the kits I have made,most are from Darrel Ralph as DDR1 and DDR3BL.
I use Olive,and acacia caven(espinillo) from my ranch as well as some stag from axis deer also from my ranch I also use woods from US supplys.
I have made brass and nickel silver safeties for the DDR3BLs,dont like plastics very much!!
I have made a couple of scales with local agathe,and I can assure you it is very hard;I had to work with diamond burrs most of the time.
And last but not least thanks Darrel for your excellent kits,and Alex for your help and patience.

Your work is outstanding. I am not sure what agathe is, does one of the knives pictured have agathe scales ? Thanks for showing your work.

Thank you for the coments!!I goofed sending the pictures and the second picture is in another thread "Sorry second picture"!!! Agathe is a very hard stone,there is a pale blue folder in the other thread with agathe scales.
