Alex: No, I don't. I asked because the value of something is usually "different" depending if you're buying or selling. If you can examine the oven, you can probably get an idea of it's conditon-Cracked firebricks, etc. Ask the seller what it was used for, what temp it ran at, and how often it was cycled.
Going from memory here, but, I think replacement elements cost around $100. You can check a site like Paragon to find out. Most industrial equipment depreciates pretty quickly. If you can inspect it, make a low offer and see what the seller says. you can always negotiate. __________________ Stay Sharp, RJ Martin Knifemaker www.rjmartinknives.com |

I wanted to know a used oven value since last time I had a chance to buy a small electric HT oven in very good condition for a great price I missed it because at that time I didn't know that price is good($100) and moved too slowly. It was gone when I was ready to buy.
Unfortunately used oven rarely come up for sale locally. (I am in San Francisco) |

If you dont cant find a good used oven to buy and dont want to buy a new one there is always the option to build one. There is a very good tutorial on this site for building an oven.

Make your own for $100 or less. Will fire to 2000F or more and be super fast. Beware of large size kilns - those are very very slow . |
