Kirinite Bead Blast

I was just wondering if it were possible to bead blast kirinite. I ask because videos and pictures I have seen make it look like its not very shcok proof per se. I love the look of the magma kirinite but I like grip on my knives.

I've felt it polished up and its surprisingly grippy.

Not sure how deadblasting would effect the surface

Kirinite is supposed to have good machining properties and be as tough as Corian. I interpret that to mean there should be no problem bead blasting it if that's what you want to do. Sand blasting would probably eat it away fairly easily unless you kept the air pressure in a medium range ....
