Leather Finger Groove

Howdy from Texas,

As I will not be attending the Atlanta Blade Show, I would ask all of you...if you happen to find a Model 1 40's-50's Leather Finger Groove, please let me know...there may be a steak dinner in your future. Thank you and good hunting.

Dallas Cowboy

From a little farther north... Hi Dallas Cowboy!

If anyone can find an early #1 with leather finger grips, it'll be our BoBlade.

I hope he can locate one for you.

Cheers!

David

I like the new ones better, but if our Brother BoBlade finds it & likes it you could end up with just a picture, just kidding, he might even own it already! Seriously though Not to many of us can date a RMK Blade as accurately as BoBlade good luck!

Thanks, Chief! Truth be told BoBlade did own what he considered to be the nicest fingergrooved handled 40's era fighter he's ever seen and Mr. Dallas Cowboy talked him out of it some time ago cuz BoBlade only has serious eyes for (Translation: Can only afford to collect) old Hunters. BoBlade continues to be on the lookout for similar knives for Mr. Cowboy.

Chief,

What do a blue eyed murder in a size 5 dress and a Tom Clinton Dealer Special with ivory handle have in common?:

Ready............................................. .................................................. ....................?

Answer: You can't bring either one home to your wife!

Well if your not gonna play nice! A simple no would have sufficed, now you've gone & killed the dream!

Jeff: You know I was chuckling when I was writing that one (Although my wife always says I entertain myself more I do others)

Chief: Dreams are what keep us going. Never give them up!

I've about given up on my dream of finding a pristine #18 pinched handle crutch tip and matching sheath for $350. (hey, I can dream, can't I?)

I have done given up on any dream of finding a blue eyed size 5 murder. It looks like I am stuck with mrsjclarksnakes for the rest of my miserable days. She used to say she would leave me for Paul McCartney. I was sending him "encouraging" cards from her for years but he never replied. Oh well!!
