my interpretation of the coffin style frontier bowie....12" OAL, 7" blade flat ground from 5/32" 01, hand rubbed, Amboyna burl, nickel-silver fittings.....

Caveman.
Love the knife. I am curious....It appears to be a hidden tang, but the pins suggest that it it a full tang construction...do the 'coffin' pins actualy pin the tang or are they more for show? Kevin. |
