I got my #50 and AAA from Heatbath/Park Metallurgical in Indian Orchard, MA. They were very pleasant and cooperative and shipped 10 gallons of each right out. I have heard that their office in Michigan is not nearly as cooperative.

Heatbath
P.O. Box 51048
Indian Orchard, MA 01151-5048
Tel: 413.452.2000
Fax: 413.543.2378

Heatbath wouldn't sell to me, they said I had to find a distributor, which they couldn't help me with, either. I just ordered some Brownell's Tough Quench instead since they don't want my business.
Thanks for the replies,
Bill

Bill,

I am curious, was it the Michigan office or the Massachusetts office that wouldn't help you?

Boy that sucks! I was hoping to order some salt from them in the near future but now it doesn't sound like that will work out.

If you'd like, I can check my packing slip and provide you with the actual name and number of the woman at Heatbath who helped me before.

Thanks Chris, but I don't want to do business with someone that doesn't want to do business with me. The Brownell's Tough Quench will be here tommorrow.
I appreciate your help. You should still try them as I only wanted to order 5 gallons and it may not have been worth their effort. But for me, the heck with'em.

twistedneck,

Thank you. I have bookmarked their website and begun reading up on their products. The fact that they are nearby will probably be a big plus.

Little late here, but Heatbath has a $100 minimum order. I ordered 10 gallons from them a few months ago..
