Trying to find specific knife

I've seen this knife before, but don't know how to go about finding it. Here are the features.

1-Spring loaded
2-Can open it by flicking or by pushing on the pivot in open notch
3-Silver button stud

Let me explain number 2. You're holding the knife in your right hand and your thumb falls on the stud. From this normal and natural position, you can use your index finger to kind of push and pull back on the pivoting end of the blade which is exposed.

I have no idea what the standard terms are for this kind of stuff, but if anyone could help, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

Is it a spring-assisted flipper - like one of these?
