First Gent's folding pocket dagger

Finally got some time to take some pics and for once my pics turned out decent , if you think these are spotty pics , you should have seen my older ones hehe.
Anyway this little knife was fun to build and frustrating until the good folks on here hooked me up with the good info , thanks again for that !

Specs:

Scales - Ovankol : This is really pretty wood , almost looks like an Oak with tiny dark viens in it, although it has far more chatoyance than Oak , hard to see in the pics but , it is there , moreso on the right scale.

Bolsters - Were done up with what I named "moon pocks" for some effect , they look better in person than on the pic , also some file work on the mouth of the bolster where it meets the frame. A final "mirror" polish is applied.

Frame - Done up with some "tribal" filework of sorts , it's sort of a consistant design with some chaos thrown in for good measure , once again kind of hard to really see in my spotty pics.

Backspine - Also fileworked, 3 diferent designs on one backspine ! lol , one is a lightning bolt that you can see on the bottom/end of the knife , then we have a 'opposing waves' which ends in a simple rythymic design. The backspine is heat colored to a delicious rusty red color.
And if you buy all that , I owe you a beer/coffee/whatever lol.

Blade - As "mirror" polished as I dared to go , I tell ya , I poked myself on that blade more times than I have bandaids lol. That is one hell of a sharp/pointy blade , and a lovely one at that !

Thumbstud/screws - Also heat colored to blue/purple adding a touch of old world elegance to this masterpiece of Darrel Ralph's genius.

So , there we have my first Gents folding pocket dagger and I am sure it's not my last , these kits are not only fun and somewhat easy (once you get the needed info) but are beautiful once completed.
I think any expensive knife hound would appreciate the simplistic beauty of this blade kit.

i realy like the "moon pocks" on the bolsters and the knoches you cut on the bottom of the handel and the top of the bolsters!!
nice scale material as well!!
