Knife design

Please look at attached files.
Do you have any comments about this design before I start working on actual knife?
Handle - 5" blade little over 3"
(3/16" O-1 and red linen micarta)

I like it! The only thing I would add is a very small choil for ease of sharpening. But hey, that's just me. Very nice lines on the profile!

Designs are a personal thing. Its a great using pattern. My own personal tiny mods for functional reasons would be to curve out or round off those sharp looking lines around the guard and plunge cut. It'll make some difference when you're making the sheath, for sure, but I just find that anything that sticks out at a 90degree angle tends to snag on stuff. Jason.

I have autocad 2004LT which doesnt do 3-d. Could you post a dxf file of the knife so I could see how to draw it in 2-d? I only use autocad to draw 2-d polylines for orebodies, so I am not a whizz. Thanks much.
