Question Gene Osborn Video ?

Merry Christmas everyone,

I just got back from the in-law Christmas party - I received money to go toward a instructional video from Center Cross. (You gotta love when they ask your mate what you want for Christmas. =)

Currently there are two videos by Gene Osborn I'm interested in:

1) Kit Knife 1 - Tapered tang Hunter
2) Kit Knife 2 - Hidden tang Hunter.

My question ... on the home page it mentions upcoming videos and one says ...
Gene Osborn - How to make a hunter (remake).

Is the remake video a remake of either 1 or 2 above ... or, is it different all together?

Thanks,
John T.

John
Center Cross did a video years ago that was excellent. In fact it was so well recieved that they wore out the master. I have a copy of the video format. It shows the steps in making a hunter from stock to finished. Much of it is beyond a beginner but that is why I keep coming back to it every 6 months or so. So to answer your question, it is a different video. If you are just getting started and will be starting with kits I would recommend the kit knife videos. If youhave a bit of experience then any of them would be an excellent buy. I currently own 5 of there dvds plus the hunter video and have been more than satisfied by every one.
Hope that helps
Steve

Hunter video

Hello John,
I just got back to town.
You have mail.
The Hunter video is another video that will be out in 2005It is not associated with the kit knife series, the hunter takes it from scratch.
Hope this helps.
Be blessed,
