I have a No Name brand 1x30, and a delta 1x42, both get a lot of use in my shop. One always seems to be able to reach into those nooks and crannys where the other one wont quite reach. Plus they are great when you are almost completly done on a knife and dont want to get near the KMG or the Grizzly to do some final "touch ups".
At $99 the sears brand sounds good, as their return policy is great!! I know guys that buy files from sears just so they can take them back when they wear them out!
Ive got a lot of tools that I use rarely, but it sure is nice to have "just the right tool" when you need it. I understand the expensive habit problem, and Ill warn you. I have become a tool collector instead of a gun collector in the past few years! This knifemaking bug can be hard to kick!!
God Bless
Mike
