Don Very beautiful folders love the trapper a lot. I carried a trapper for almost 20 years can't wait till I can make one.

Wow! They are beautiful. What did you use for pins on the first folder? I like the way they contrast with the bolsters.

Both the pins and bolsters were supposed to be 303 SS. I won't use that again.

Hey! Yup, I've been busy getting ready for a local gun/knife show that I do twice a year. Sold both folders, two small belt knives, a carving knife, and a lovely (if I do say so) sambar stag and damascus hunter. Didn't get photos of any of them!
I'm taking a little time off, then it's back to work for Christmas orders.
Hey, wait - I'm retired.... !
Reb

Reb, you must not be charging enough for your knives. I've never sold out wherever I went.

I'd like to have you post more here, Friend.

Bill Wolfe did the engraving. He's a friend and former student of mine. I taught him to make my version of a button lock and he's probably made a dozen of them.

Thanks, Ben.

I really enjoy the challenges involved in making slipjoints.

Long time no see, friend. Where've you been??

Later,
