Looks like a typical Italian import to me. A lot of them were made by Rizutto Estilleto if memory serves. Basically, it has no significant value if that's what you're wondering. I'd be curious about that J stamped on the blade, never saw that before. The Rostfrei just means stainless . Anyway, we have a switchblade forum here so you might try posting this over there. Someone there might be able to expand on what I think I know about that knife ...

We had a store when I was a kid that had a case full of knives that looked just like that. Of course the spring inside had to be removed or whatever because switchblades were illegal.
