Ok maybe I set something up wrong but I built my forge its great but for some reason i cant get my burner to heat it like it should it gets warm but gets nowhere near hot enought I'll try and get pics of my setup on here in the light of day but i worked on building this setup for about three month and then this burner didnt work. I'm stuck and have no clue how to go about dealing with uping the heat

Since there are no pictures or even a description of what type of burner you built, this is the best advice I can give you at this point:

You'll need to participate in the forum for a while before the system will allow you to post pictures. Its a security thing to avoid spammers ...

Clamp your torch in a vise pointing in a safe direction, set flare in place, pressure feed low, then light her up. You should get a nice forceful cone shape blue flame - See pic CC posted on other thread here - excellent example of what you should be getting.
If not you need to start adjusting things - ONE AT A TIME - start with available air
Torch should perform like a mini jet engine. tweak until you get there, then reinsert into forge and fine tune.
