very nice image collection
Maybe someone here will enjoy this as much as I have...
I thought I would share a site I came across that has a fantastic collection of images from several museums. His main interest seems to be bronze age but up to viking times are well represented. http://1500bc.com/index2.html I'm considering doing some repos of bronze pieces in steel after seeing this. Some of his close-ups of hilts were very helpful to me when I was figuring out inlay techniques, he gets some great photos even through the glass museum cases.
