Yes, I do plan to have the room open Sunday night. If things are going well we may still be there when you get there. If not, you can request any other night you want and we'll try to accommodate ...

If I miss it I can wait, my next sunday shift ends at 7 which'll give me time to make it home and get some food to snack on while I chat.

Otherwise though I always have monday nights open :P

If you want a Monday night just pick one and give us a few days warning so that other people have time to find out about it. This next Monday might be a problem for me but any other Monday should be OK ...

Thanks, I found it on page two. The chat did help some with my workings to get started in this. I'll try to be on next week as well.

After working with Paltalk for a few weeks we've decided to move on to something else. I've updated the FIRST post in this thread with the new info. Basically, you go to the same web page, type in your name, and you're in the chat room - no mic, no speakers required, we're just typing. It's very simple and should run on any computer that supports Java (which is most computers). We'll be there at the regular times OR you can go there and open the room yourself and talk to anyone else who shows up ....

Hey guys, I've moved back to my farm, so I have no Internet at the moment. Just my iPhone is all I have. Java doesn't work on iPhone. I'll be trying to find some Internet service in the coming weeks. Y'all have fun and I'll see ya when I can.

There seems to be some efforts being made to support Java on iPhone but I don't know if it will ever be useful. However, there seems to be quite a bit of Java support available for Android. I just ordered an Android tablet yesterday. I'll have a look at getting the chat room to run on that after I get it. If it does work, the tablets are cheap enough that it would be possible to buy one just for that if necessary ...

I don't know what day of the week it is but are you going to wait until Sunday to open the room?

I'll open the room every Sunday at 5 pm Pacific for as long as people continue to show up. But, I also open it any time anyone makes the request. Also, any one of you guys can open the room yourself at any time if you have reason to think someone else may show up at that time.

If enough people request it, we can change the regular meeting day to any other day or we can add additional meeting days. It's pretty much all up to you guys, whatever you want, I'll try to do ...

OK, VERY NEWBE here. Got a question. I am wanting to try demascus and was wondering if a horse rasp and a mower blade would work or would it even be worth trying.
