Knifekits E-mail Issue ...

Guys,

After hearing the complaints on the e-mail failure, I got worried and went in to the system to see where the issue might be. Surfice to say that I found the problem immediatly and have just repaired it. The mail forwarding was not set the way it was supposed to be on several of the mailboxes on this account, knifekits.com. Thank god for the AV "default" box, which luckily has all the mail contents in it.

We're digging through them now and will get replies back to everyone who wrote to those addresses and did not hear back within our normal 24 hour reply time.

If you have an issue that you want to reconfirm, please save "support@knifekits.com" as your primary "rush" address and we'll get right on it.

As a mechanic, I am ALWAYS happy when I *find* a problem. The intermittant errors are the most frustrating.
